Ann Knight is Senior Of Counsel with J. Diamond and Associates. Ms. Knight is a 1992 graduate of South Texas College of Law and has been practicing law since that time. Ann also has a Bachelor of Law (Business Law) with Honors from Coventry (Lanchester) University, England. She is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Ann’s practice has consisted of defending all types of personal injury cases, including automobile/trucking accident; construction litigation; commercial litigation; premises liability; insurance defense (first and third party); products liability; and general liability. Ann has handled a large number of construction related cases, including the defense of personal injury and property damage claims and has successfully defended numerous large multi-million dollar cases. Ann’s practice also included the drafting and negotiation of contracts and litigation of contract disputes. Ann also handles collection matters, which includes the filing and execution of mechanics and materialman’s liens
